We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services or contact us. The personal information we collect may include:

6. Do We Offer Artificial Intelligence-Based Products?

Yes. WarmSig uses AI to score Reddit posts for engagement relevance and to draft reply proposals on your behalf. These drafts are always presented to you for review and approval before any action is taken — nothing is posted publicly without your explicit confirmation. We use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) to power these features. Your content may be processed by these providers in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not use your data to train AI models.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption of stored credentials using AES-256-GCM. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures.

9. Do We Collect Information from Minors?

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Account deletion: You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will delete or anonymise your information, unless we are legally required to retain it.

11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
